This girl knows how to rock it. Her name is Annie Clark, but she goes by St. Vincent on the glorious stage. While I was reading magazines the other day at B&N I'm pretty sure I read her name at least 2 times, so that has to mean something. Her debut record was "Marry Me," but she recently released another album called "Actor." And it was inspired by Disney movies. She has a soft voice and innocent look, but don't be fooled because she can rip it on the guitar. There's a whimsical feel sometimes and then she brings you back to earth with a dark guitar riff or a folksy guitar melody, it's crazy but I really like it.
